How to Print as a Booklet
- Open the PDF with Adobe Reader 8 or later (version 7 or older won't work, download latest version from adobe.com if necessary) (download Adobe Reader)
- click the print button,
- in the print options, page handling section, in the page scaling drop down box, choose 'booklet printing',
- in the booklet subset drop down menu, choose 'both sides',
- press OK, you should be all set. Just follow the instructions popping on the screen after that.
How to View as a Booklet
- Download the PDF document onto your computer.
- Open the PDF with Adobe Reader 8 or 9 (version 7 or older won't work, download latest version from adobe.com if necessary) (download Adobe Reader)
- Open the View menu, go to 'page display', and check the following:
- Two-Up
- Show cover page during Two-Up
